Revenue received by Industrial Echo Records from the released master recording is split 50% to the artist and 50% to the label, subject to the terms of the signed agreement. The label share supports the artwork, administration, distribution, promotion, artist tools and ongoing work involved in managing the release.

You keep 100% of your publishing rights.

Industrial Echo artists stay self-published. We do not own, administer or collect your songwriting or music publishing: registration, writer shares, collection societies and publishing income all remain yours to handle, and publishing money is never paid through us.

The 50/50 split applies to income received from the master recording. It does not transfer your publishing rights. • Premium release artwork

  Every accepted release receives professional artwork designed around the track concept, genre and artist identity. Artists are not charged for the design.

• Social media promo pack

  We prepare professional promotional artwork for the release campaign, including suitable formats for social posts, stories and key release stages such as Coming Soon, Pre-order and Out Now.

• DJ and radio promotion

  We include eligible releases in our promotional campaigns to a network of more than 40,000 DJs, producers, selectors, radio contacts and electronic-music subscribers.

  Promotion creates genuine opportunities for the music to be heard, but no label can guarantee DJ support, radio play, reviews, chart positions, streams or playlist placement.

  Signed artists receive access to a private Artist Hub that keeps release information, contracts, files, requests and approved promotional materials organised in one place.

• Remix and collaboration opportunities

  Artists may be considered for official remixes, remix exchanges, collaborations, compilations and other label projects where there is a suitable creative fit. These are opportunities rather than guaranteed entitlements.

• Clear communication and release support

  Artists should know what is happening with their music. We aim to communicate clearly, request information in an organised way and give artists a professional place to follow the release process.

Industrial Echo Records does not charge signed artists a submission fee, signing fee, artwork fee, compulsory promotional fee or Artist Hub fee. We believe these services are part of the label’s responsibility to the artists it chooses to work with.

Any unusual third-party cost, licensed sample, specialist service or project outside the standard release agreement would need to be discussed and agreed clearly in advance. Nothing should be added as a surprise charge.

• Declare all collaborators, writers, samples and third-party material
• Provide accurate legal, payment and release information
• Respond to reasonable release requests and agreed deadlines
• Support and share the release where possible
• Communicate openly if a problem or delay arises

A good release is a shared effort. We provide the label support, and we ask artists to work with us openly so the music has the strongest possible chance.

We believe premium artwork, fair agreements, organised artist tools, promotional support and clear communication should be part of a serious label partnership — not paid extras used to profit from artists.

Independent music works best when labels and artists help each other. We want artists to feel informed, respected and supported throughout the relationship.
