Luca Rico

Luca Rico is a Glasgow-based DJ, producer and founder of Up The Road, an independent events project built around his passion for house music and Glasgow’s unmistakable club culture. With over 12 years behind the decks, Luca has developed a sound rooted in funky, groove-driven house, rolling basslines, disco influences and feel-good dancefloor energy. His productions are now expanding into tech house & hard house, exploring darker grooves, harder-hitting rhythms and more driving club sounds while keeping that underlying focus on groove. From Glasgow’s dancefloors to the studio, Luca Rico is focused on developing his own identity as an artist, pushing his production forward and building something of his own within electronic music.
